The Palmetto Bluff Design Sketchbook presents a special opportunity for our owners to choose from among a diverse offering of exceptional home designs that are especially suited to contemporary lifestyles and represent innovations in the Lowcountry design tradition. The Design Sketchbook represents a selection of homes that provides:

greater efficiency and predictability in the cost and delivery associated with the design, review and construction of a new home
numerous possibilities to select from exceptional homes and then collaborate with the architect to tailor details to your specific needs
a running start to the design review process, as the homes have been pre-approved for conceptual architectural compatibility by the Design Review Board

The Design Sketchbook is comprised of a primary document that presents general information about the program, supplemented by individual handouts that detail each design. This format allows for streamlined information that can be more easily shared with the property owner in print and electronically.
